When I said I would appreciate my car returned as early as possible, the service manager made a note to prioritise the repair and indeed contacted me earlier than I expected to let me know that the vehicle was ready.
The service itself was smooth and efficient however I used a mini for the day and unfortunately it was very dirty inside and had not been cleaned I also found someone else's details inside. Very disappointing as BMW normally have such good standards
Were able to fit my car in at a convenient time and arrange transport to, the station and the car was serviced and cleaned to the normal high standard.
I was given a precise time for my car service which I very much appreciate. I was given a likely time for completion. Courtesy transport to and from Canterbury City Centre was provided. None of this is offered in Maidstone.
I was very impressed with the sales agent and he is part of the reason why I bought my BMW M5.

Matt found an issue that he was unhappy with and ensured that the problem was resolved before I collected the car.
They fixed the problem and provided a courtesy bus into town allowing me to get to work easily.

I was given two different quotes for the same thing which was a service plan. I was not impressed at this as it was clear that these figures were not checked and it seemed that whoever did them did not pay attention to detail.

Arrived on time and was looked after by the team. Tv, papers, wifi for my iPad, plenty of refreshments available. Quick service and as usual pleasant experience all round.
Still need to complete the ISOFIX recall element. There was a large scratch on the side of the car we had not noticed before (due to dirt!!). Would have been helpful if this had been brought to our attention at handover.

when I ordered the car I was told that I would take delivery within six weeks ( I thought this was a bit ambitious ) this was not the case it was nearer eleven weeks. I would have liked to have been kept informed of the cars progress.
