Car was collected very promptly early in the morning and returned mid-afternoon. I liked the new 'addition' - the video made by the engineer when the car was up on the ramp.. he talked through the condition of tyres, brakes etc - excellent.

Could book service on convenient day and time, was about 10 day lead time, work completed on time on the day while waiting.
Excellent reception staff and a smart and stylish showroom waiting area. The work was carried out on time and communication was good. The use of video in the workshop provides confidence in the mechanic working on the vehicle.
Service was fine, the job being completed in a few hours and the car cleaned afterwards. However the tyres that were supposedly reserved for me were actually not available so had to settle for a different brand - disappointing - but at least in stock

On returning from our trip away, my dashboard showed a fault, I called in at Broad Oak BMW late that afternoon, they could not get into the Workshop at that time, they Loaned me a Car, while they diagnosed the fault the next morning.

The time scale was a lot longer than I thought it would be.On collecting my new car there was issues with the navigation system (it had to be activated) this should of be completed in an pre-handover preparation.I also have other ongoing issues...

when I ordered the car I was told that I would take delivery within six weeks ( I thought this was a bit ambitious ) this was not the case it was nearer eleven weeks. I would have liked to have been kept informed of the cars progress.
