I was given two different quotes for the same thing which was a service plan. I was not impressed at this as it was clear that these figures were not checked and it seemed that whoever did them did not pay attention to detail.

Remedial work, BMW recall on isofix, and servicing completed during the course of one day. Use of courtesy car made this very convenient.

Arrived on time and was looked after by the team. Tv, papers, wifi for my iPad, plenty of refreshments available. Quick service and as usual pleasant experience all round.
Still need to complete the ISOFIX recall element. There was a large scratch on the side of the car we had not noticed before (due to dirt!!). Would have been helpful if this had been brought to our attention at handover.

Called the branch first thing, was concerned tyres were worn. They got me straight in, no delays. Full health check. Very quick and efficient. Good news I didn't need tyres! 2 guys on service first class, although this is the norm.

Had a courtesy car scheduled but had to wait an hour for it to arrive. The front of the car had been vacuumed, but the rear had been missed - this is where the work took place (ISOFIX) so was the area that warranted cleaning after the work was done

Booked in promptly and thought I may have had a puncture en route. The tyres were inflated so I was able to drive home safely without the need to purchase a new tyre. A call was given as soon as the car was ready to collect.

First service at approx 17000 miles. Wheels showing signs now of white worm already. Need replacing but still waiting the outcome on this as two of the three wheels effected have been cosmeticly repaired for resale that I had not been made aware of?

When I received my invoice from the service undertaken on 23rd March 2017. it stated my next service would be on 29/04/2016. when I questioned this by phone the following day, I was told it was just a fault on the service system.
Excellent customer service but pricey. £338 for an oil & microfilter service is too high.
The service visit was ok but subsequent follow up visit to change 2 x tyres was not. I was told it was £200 a tyre but on the day was told £480+ in total. I specifically checked that Vat and fitting was included in the original. Not impressed!

We felt that the actual collection was a massive disappointment, there was no ceremony, grand unveiling, it was far more like picking up a hire car from an airport.
We were paying cash for a new vehicle. There was an error on our invoice which was initially denied by the office. When we finally convinced them we were right, our salesman, Paul Gilham and his manager apologised and compensated us very efficiently!

I have been dealing with this dealership for many years and cannot fault one thing about the years of experience! This is the only car dealership that, from the bottom to the top, always has time to talk and help with anything! yoU should bottle it!!
No question was too much of a problem and there was no sales pressure or silly marketing tactics. One thing that also makes a big difference is being allowed to have a car for a 'proper' test drive on my own for a few hours.

Initially I went in to get a 5 series GT but we found out that production had stopped. I then went for the new 5 series but unfortunately the build time exceeded the 01 Apr which meant new road tax rules. Gratefully Broad Oak came up with the X4.

Experience at Broad Oak Canterbury was very relaxing, staff encouraged us to look around without being pushy.Made us feel very relax and answer questions when we needed advice.
On the morning we were due to collect the car, we received a call which informed us that after checking the car it was discovered that a manual gearbox was in the car when it should have been an automatic gearbox!!! Imagine how disappointed we felt!!
