When i had my service of my car i like the short video that send it to me. But they send it again to me when i had my MOT the next few weeks.

For my convenience my car was collected from my home, to the minute of time promised, returned to me on time in afternoon and then a video emailed to me showing my car being inspected underneath - really interesting and informative. Great idea.

Any faults I find complain about are brushed over. All I ever wanted was a car that worked properly. The sales rep Hamlyn said he would get the front valance scratches painted, after a few months we agreed it would be during the MOT in Nov. He failed

electric seat settings and memory all lost during service - had to reposition - v annoying, thats why i paid for seat position memory. esp bad as i am motability and seat position is important

Service swift and kept informed, not until i had left the service center - found issue with some trim at base of drivers seat was no longer fitted and rattling, Contacted BMW and have arranged 4th Dec to get resolved, no courtesy car til then.
Broadoak completed the work as required in the time scale agreed. They washed the car for me saving me a job!

On the last visit, it seem to take an extraordinary amount of time to get the small oil service done. I accept i was late arriving due to traffic on the motorway, but a 20 minute delay in arriving cost me 4 hours the next day waiting in reception.
My car was collected from my home by Richard at the time agreed and returned in the afternoon as agreed.It had its annual service and MOTNo problems

Car was collected very promptly early in the morning and returned mid-afternoon. I liked the new 'addition' - the video made by the engineer when the car was up on the ramp.. he talked through the condition of tyres, brakes etc - excellent.
