I was there to get a tyre changed via the dealers tyre insurance. From arrival to departure it took 2 hours and 50 minutes. Far too long. When I drive the car away, the new tyre had been over-inflated and the valve cap was missing. Leon, sorted it.
Car valeted, pleasant waiting area , car readywhen promised.
Everything was completed to my satisfaction.
The service was efficient, informative (particularly relating to the video received afterwards), friendly and professional.
At every point I felt that the staff were there to help me and nothing was too much trouble
I would have given this question 5 stars except I wasn't advised on collecting car that it needed a brake service in just 4000 miles

The service itself was fine, but the after clean after was of a poor standard. I was under the impression that you get a 'showroom' standard clean as part of the service. This was far from the case!
During my 2 hour stay for my cars first service, I did not receive any update on the progress of the service, which I was informed would take between 1 to 2 hours.
Car had a problem. Booked in, told how long it would take. All sorted and car was cleaned. All within timeframe given.

On the day my car needed looking at I was extremely busy with work commitments but the staff appreciated this and fitted my car in and did what was necessary and then took the time and trouble to explain everything to me. Excellent service!

Booked a 'wait-in' service that at the time of booking we were told it would take 30 to 45 mins. My wife and two of our children had to wait in the dealership for over 2 hours for the work to be completed.
All items were sorted and there was no charge. The car was booked in for 2 days but the garage were very helpful and let me keep the courtesy car an extra day. However, after 3 days in the garage, on picking it up, I was told a wheel bolt was missing
I've always had an excellent customer experience in my dealings with Broad Oak BMW. They are very helpful and professional during all stages of the process, from booking through to final payment and follow-up calls.
The service was very friendly and work completed to a good standard. My only issue was that a software upgrade took a very long time - I was told it would take 2 hours & it took 6. If I'd known it took so long I would've organised my time differently
The representative was excellent - unfortunately the deals were better from other BMW dealerships. Although Ashley really did try his utmost to support me.
The job was completed as I would expected (professionally), I was slightly disappointed that the plastic seat cover was left in our car for me to dispose of.
The sending of a video for the safety check along with a list of defects, if any, is a great addition.

The whole experience could not be faulted. They rang to remind me it was due and timed the appointment at my convenience. At the appointment everyone was polite, informative and left me with the feeling of being a valued customer.
Both my latest and previous services at Broad Oak Canterbury have been very good. The waiting area is nice and clean, plenty of drink options if you are waiting and of course plenty of nice cars to look at whilst you wait.

When booking no explanation that it may take more than a day. Courtesy car had 17 miles in once pulled off forecourt went down to 9 Chased for courtesy car and then had to wait for my car whilst it was washed

Also i had just got a newer car which had been serviced at berry's heathrow and they did not reset the service record ,so steff took the trouble to ring them and get it sorted out for me so did not have to take the car to heathrow.
We did not have a service, but the response was given on past experience with our previous car.
I have used the service centre at Broad Oak Canterbury for many years and I have always found them to be very efficient and helpful. They also gave me the latest model to try while my car was being repaired.
The service was reasonably priced. No unnecessary work was carried out. The car was picked up and dropped back on the day without charge.
Collecting a car and returning it on same day very helpful.
The dashboard service required indicator was not reset once the service had been completed. This resulted in me having to revisit to have this done manually which is a round trip from home to Broadoak Canterbury of approximately 80 miles.

Extremely poor customer service. I asked about my winter wheels back in June 2017. Nothing was done about locating them. Constant rrequests were made up to mid october - nothing happened about locating them. very por service replacing them as well.

We called in to the Canterbury showroom not really knowing exactly what type of vehicle we wanted other than it had to shovel a bit. We met Paul who patiently went through many different options, test drives, colours. Delivery day was most enjoyable.
Smooth with no real problems
No proper advice on service plans, paint protection and tyre and wheel protection before the finance deal was put in place . We have put as much cash as possible towards the car, but could have used some for protection plans. Now will struggle

The deal was very good. using the Black Friday offer. The car had been built so I was ready within a couple of weeks . It went smoothly.
My experience at the Canterbury branch was second to none. The sales team had time to explain and answer any questions I had about the car and process of buying.
